The former Benchmark Central is no longer managed by me but I continue to own and operate lovely Benchmark Inn at 6 Dyer, now in its 15th season.
Benchmark guests have daily use of the pool and spa room (through September 25) from 11a to 5p at our neighboring property.
Enhancements to Benchmark include a newly arranged common room for greater seating, ease-of-use at the breakfast bar and more contemporary feel. Rooms 3 and 5 have received small outdoor table and chair sets, providing six accommodations with coveted private-use outdoor seating. Benchmark Inn has discontinued complimentary turndown service but other niceties have been implemented.
