Fifty percent deposit for the period reserved is required
to confirm any reservation. Deposits are nonrefundable unless (1) there
is at least a twenty-one day notice of cancellation, and (2) the room
is re-rented for the same dates. If the above conditions are met, the
deposit, less ten percent (10%) based on the total room charge, will
be refunded. The balance of the room charge is due upon arrival. All
deposits and payments are due in U.S. funds. Personal checks are accepted
only in advance as a deposit or full pre-payment. We cannot accept checks
as a form of payment upon arrival.
